    I emailed P&G about my Febreeze Candle that after burning for a few hours now has hairline cracks all over the glass. The rep was great, and is sending an FPC and a return box for me to ship the broken one back with so they can take a look at it.

    I just emailed SC Johnson about their Raid product. We bought their outdoor ant stakes to get rid of the ants in our backyard, and that was like over a month ago and the ants are still alive and well. Hopefully they will e-mail me back with some good news.

    I emailed Revlon telling them how much I loved their Colour Stay line, and that I was so happy that they were now committed to not testing on animals. They contacted me and sent me two bottles of liquid foundation and face powder in my colour. That lasted me a over a year!

    Wow, I complained to Revlon that their crystal nail file was absolute garbage and a waste of my money and they told me to call their customer service line.

    I emailed Colgate complimenting them on their toothpaste (it has Triclosan which evidently isn't the best for the environment, or whatever, but I don't care....I've never had a cavity since using it and it's been a few years!)....anyway...they emailed me back saying they'd send me some coupons...

    Update on Nestle baby complaint:
    I had emailed them last week about my son spitting up their rice cereal, hadn't received anything back so emailed them again. I received a phone call on saturday but didn't check my messages until this morning so I will be giving them a call after I drop my DH off at work. I'm very excited to what they have to say.

    Oh, and I also emailed Lassonde (which is Allen's juice main company) and complimented them on their juices. It's the ONLY juices we drink in our house, so we'll see what they have to say.

    I emailed both nestea and price chopper last week to complain about the Nestea Summer Peach juice powder they sell in boxes. I bought them on july 3 and went home and opened it and realized that it had expired in MARCH 2009. which is truly disgusting. I have had similar problems with PC not checking their stock for expired products.

    Still havent gotten a rpely back. I have the receipt and the product. But the only thing is the product scanned in at a wrong price so the cashier went to adjust it and instead of the product name it says grocery. Which is why i dont know if they will accept it .

    i dont get why when you complain about a product they send you FPCS for the same product. I doenst make sense to me. I emailed arm and hammer about how when i used their whitening toothpaste my gums started to bleed. At first i thought it was because I had my teeth cleaned that day, but then my mom started have the same reaction. They emailed me back with the value i spent because i sent my receipt in also with the tube of unfinished toothpaste (partically the whole bottle). I wasn't looking for money back because i only spent 1.79 on it. I just wanted to let them know so if they get more complaints they might fix it
