Which companies have you emailed?

I e-mailed Neutrogena about their wave (the little pink exfoliator) it stopped working. and they sent me a FPC for anything that they make. I got a microdermabasion thing (worth $35) for free inc. teh taxes.

What do you mean "it stopped working"? the vibrations stopped or it stopped cleaning your faced? please explain.

I emailed Milestones restaurant because I was really disappointed with the portion of the side salad.

They are sending me a gift card. It said to cover a veggie burger which I had. So I am thinking 15.00.

DH complained to Pepsi .. that the cans in the 12 pk were FLAT and tasted GROSS! A courier came a couple days later picked up a couple of cans and dropped off (2) vouchers for (2) 12 pk's of pepsi products. THEN about 1 mth later, we received a letter in the mail aploizing (sp?) for the bad Pepsi product and that the company is looking into the cans. They gave another (2) 12 pk pepsi coupons.

Maybe that's what I'm getting too, who knows. I just assume it's a FPC when they say a complimentary voucher, but Tropicana sent me 2 even though they said "a", so you never know.
