    I usually call a company if I have a problem otherwise I just email them.

    I've received:
    1x$1.00 scotchbrite or 3M product

    3x$5.00 coupons from Playtex

    5XFPC from Dempster's ( compliant)

    1 FPC Bluewater (complaint)

    $15.00 Cheque from Sunlight for detergent problem (complaint)

    FPC from LaCoupe (waiting to receive still, just heard from them recently...emailed complimenting there Perfect curls line and got an email saying they were sending a FPC plus they wanted to use my comments on their website and possibly promotional material)

    A few weeks ago, Knorr Sidekicks were on sale, so I bought a stack. I went to use one of them last week, and there was only powdered sauce in the envelope, no pasta! I just emailed them. We'll see what happens.

    I'm always buying sidekicks, it is pretty obvoius when u touch the package you'll notice if there's no pasta in it. I don't think that Knorrs will believe that there was no pasta, like i said earlier it would be obvious, and they'll say : Why did u buy it if there's no pasta in it

    OMG..that just happened to me too bacon cabanara....grabbed 3 from box and never noticed....we all laughed and i just added 3/4 cup macaroni

    lol. No pasta in them? btw! I received Blistex in the mail yesterday A pack of 3 Fruit Smoothies (smaller rolls, but not exactly samples since you buy that type like that) and a regular size roll of rasberry lemenade. SPF15 for all of them!

    I complained to Spitz and Hawaiian Tropics.. Spitz had gone bad so i threw em out. And hawaiian tropics were thick and gooey and iw as on vacation when i opened them so i threw them out. They wouldnt do anything for me.
    So I'm here to teach a lesson! lol
    NEVER THROW STUFF OUT UNTIL AFTER YOUVE COMPLAINED
    or they wont do anything

    I have complained about some products recently. Such as icecream bars I bought, and cookies I bought tasted terrible. I got coupons in the mail for replacements of the product with a certain limit to spend.

    What you should do if a company is going to be like that after a legitimate complaint...just go into any store and write down the upc code & production code/lot number & call them back! They should send you something even without that info if they have good customer service!

    I emailed Revlon because I had a legitimate problem with their crystal nail file, they just told me to call them. Can't be bothered. Wish they would of sent me something in return for my troubles, but no.

    I emailed Dare, got 3 coupons for 75 cents each, nothing major but they have no expiry date! Could be awesome for something on clearance or a good sale!

    Since they were on sale, I just grabbed a handful from the display. It was tucked in among the other ones. But the good news is, I got a response right away, and they said they are sending me coupons to replace it. Yea customer service at Knorr!

    I there was no pasta Knorrs will surely be receiving other complaints, they can also check their production from the code to see if there was a problem that day...I used to work in quality control so they will be made aware one way or another.
