I notice all my past orders are now missing....... I hope they pay me out for all those amazon I ordered in Nov and Dec

Same here. I ordered an amazon giftcard sometime in mid-December before I knew they were switching over to a new site... haven't received it yet. Yesterday I logged into the new site for the first time and there is no record of me ever having placed an order in December, nor have I been reimbursed the 1000 points I spent on the redeem. I created a ticket about the issue, but I have a feeling I won't be seeing that giftcard. Very disappointing. If they knew they were moving to a new site, they should have had a better system for tracking outstanding orders so they didn't get lost in the move.

hmm i don't know what it stands for but it is a survey site, I like them because they send things for you to sample sometimes.

I contacted Laura at TNS about the missing stuff, seems like they dont know anything about it and we were supposed to be updated with what we ordered in our history......

Oh no! I have 5 $5AGC that I have yet to receive and like others have mentioned the history is not there... I did copy down my confirmation/order numbers so hopefully that will help! I know the old site said the gift cards should be sent in 3-5 weeks but since I only placed my first order at the beginning of Dec I'll wait a tad longer before complaining.
