The survey diary invitation is sent to selected members - I believe a year ago I initially received the invite to track my purchases for a month (you are sent a reminder link every few days) and you note your purchases, bill payments etc and select which method of payment you used. Every 2 months thereafter, I would receive another survey requesting I complete a purchase diary for that current month.
After the completion of the month long diary survey, you receive 1000 points added to your account.

That is why I stopped doing TNS surveys, takes so long to get the points then forever to get paid
