I know, it took forever reminding myself to fill it in daily etc, then I had to change the cards half way through when my BF's wallet was stolen and all our joint cards had to be changed

So I emailed the company a couple weeks back, as i was unable to call them. I finally got the same old response that "there was a problem with the Chapters and Amazon gift cards, all problems should be resolved and gift cards should be sent out later this week or early next week."

ok yesterday when I was on mysurvey.ca I was looking around, specifially at the referral area and being amused at the fact they offer 2 points for referals, which is equivalent to 2 cents, and then I noticed

To be eligible, a person must meet a few simple qualifications:


The referred person must complete the registration form, must be a resident of Canada, and a licensed and practicing physician in Canada.

The individual must have online capabilities and a valid email address.

The referred person must submit the First Chance Survey that they are invited to take within a few days of registering.

Still dont have the 1000 for the banking survey but had some credit from June that I didn't have listed in my book
