Is anyone getting their gift cards/electronic gift certificates for their survey participation? For one survey I was told I would get one and I did the survey but then they did not send it. I have emailed and gotten no response.

At least they can email back and acknowledge your email (and say they are working on it, or whatever)

Still, it's useful when you want to know if someone (like a company) is telling the truth when they say they did not receive your email......

thanks for that sly little link, countess. I didn't know such a thing existed - that could come in handy. & I will definitely be responding to every & any e-mail I get from you.

I'm also a panel member with TNS and am so far impressed with them - though I haven't yet redeemed from them, I get surveys a few times a week and costumer service have always responded within 24hrs... just this morning I e-mailed them to inquire about the $10 e-gift certificate that I qualified for, and was kindly & quickly reminded that "there is a 4-6 week waiting period after the closing date of the study". I'm surprised to hear you guys haven't had any sort of response yet and I hope you receive something soon. my impression of them is that they're an honest company, so I wouldn't doubt you won't be receiving the compensation you earned.

not a problem, chillray. if it's over the six week period, I'd say contact 'em and let them know you're still waiting. I seriously hope they honour this incentive... I'll let you know if I receive mine.
