dh was put on another person's route for today, so he won't be home until after 7pm and I taught out of town again today. So I changed supper plans because dh usually cooks the steak. I boiled, then fried the cheddar cheese perogies, boiled veggies, boiled ham sausage, cucumber salad, last piece of KFC (for pregnant me because I don't like this sausage but had to eat some type of meat), sour cream, all with a glass of milk. LO ate pretty good. I packed leftovers up for dh and some leftovers for myself for work tomorrow. We have a meeting at 7:30 today and dh is the president, so we might end up being late. *shrug* Not much we can do about that.
Small ham and mashed potatoes.
All in a roaster - marinated chicken pieces, potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic - just with s+p and some Italian spices; I roast for just over an hour - leaving lid off the last 20 minutes to crisp the skin, then thicken the juices with cornstarch slurry. Will cook up some peas to go with, since there is just a carrot and a half!
spaghetti
Chicken enchiladas...with a salad..
asian infused salmon with tomato and rice
Tonight's supper was steak, mushrooms, egg noodles with alfredo sauce and a glass of milk. It was yummy and I already packed the leftovers off my plate for tomorrow's lunch.
Going to make some pan fried haddock and tea biscuits.
Chicken in the crockpot with Sweet Baby Ray BBQ sauce. Will serve with rice, potato puffs for kids that doesn't like rice and veggies.
