Change of plans. My work schedule got changed on me last minute, so I'm more tired than anticipated. Dh has a bad headache too. I made breakfast for supper instead. LO and I had hash browns, breakfast sausage, blackberries, and a glass of milk. The corn chowder will hopefully be made tomorrow.Quote:

Panko breaded minute steaks with spaghetti and Classico sun-dried tomato pesto mixed with cream. Darn the person who taught me that sauce! My figure doesn't need the cream but it is sooooo delicious :)
Swiss Chalet, I'm going to have the chicken and rib combo with a sundae for dessert.
We made pizza & heated up the main floor considerably. It is hot in here now - how about that?
Leftover turkey soup and garlic bread
Keeping it simple tonight. Pizza and a big salad so DH and I can go for a walk with pup tonight.
My plans for cooking went out the window when my Meniere's acted up today, so I was dizzy - called husband and he came to the rescue with picking up supper. I had schnitzel, spaetzle and sauerkraut, he had ribs and bread.

Oven poached salmon fillets with dill and lemon and a side of sautéed garlic butter shrimp...
...and steamed green beans.
I'm throwing chives into everything now, 'cause they're growing out of control!
