did another early morning cook. Turned the 6 cups of cooked basmati into a delicious fried rice mixture, with diced celery, carrots, onions, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, spinach and bell peppers, and some low sodium made from coconut fake soya sauce, no meat in it though. Baked 6 chix thighs with the Mama Sita BBQ seasoning and pan fried 3/4 bag of these gorgeous jumbo shrimp ( that were free from Metro with redeemed AM) with garlic and Mrs dash.
