Today, big holiday meal, too - pork cutlets, fries, broccoli - amazing orzo soup before.
BBQ chicken legs and corn on the cob.
Pickled vegetable salad (cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, pepper) and pan fried tilapia.
Have leftover Chicken Tetrizini for youngest DS for tonight. Will cook a bunch of things tonight so will figure it out when I get home. Maybe burgers and salad.
Saturday we had veggie burger with salad
Sunday I made panko crusted baked avocados with a tangy slaw to go on top all in a corn tortilla
Monday was honey dijon baked salmon with mini potatoes and cabbage salad
tonight I am thinking tuna melt zuchinni boats with a side salad
Our festival was a huge success, omg the talent was amazing!! This evening I'm bbqing chicken and will probably just have a cesar salad and maybe potato with lots of butter & sour cream :)
I bought a package of cheese and spinach ravioli for 50% at Superstore so I decided to make a ravioli "lasagna." It's in the oven now.
Might have some honey garlic sausages to go with it.
Edit: no sausages... apparently they were in the freezer too long and didn't smell right.
I'm so hungry after reading this post.
Chicken pieces on the BBQ with baked potatoes and just out of the garden beets, We just love them they are so tasty.
Greek pasta salad from RCSS deli
Ground pork meatballs in mushroom sauce - finely minced carrots, tomato, cabbage, onions in sauce; served over green spaghetti.
Pic doesn't do it justice, it looks way better in person and was yummy!
