Xmas time so another fend for yourself dinner
Still had chicken legs left from yesterday so pulled off the meat and put it in some wraps we still have. A bit of mayo and lettuce, maybe a bit of onions and green pepper
Naan pizzas
BBQ Ribs and onion rings
Last night was bbq meatballs, mini potatoes and pumpkin pie. Tonight will be air "fried" chicken, mini potatoes, brussels sprouts and more pumpkin pie lol. ;)
Last night I had pasta in tomato sauce with mushrooms and a garlic bun.
Tonight is up in the air thinking I may just grab a sub and stick it int he fridge for whenever I want it as I am sure I will be stuffed from our work pot luck today
Hope your work pot luck is good. One thing I miss about the place I used to work at was their Christmas party. Usually dinner somewhere, each person got to pick a wrapped gift and exchange it with someone else if you both wanted, a frozen turkey and a Walmart gift card. The longer you worked there the higher your gift card. New staff would get like $10 or $20, I got the $50 and I know some got $100.
oh my!! I never thought I'd be one of those people who say fresh homemade pasta is the only pasta they'll ever eat again, but after making a batch of dough up using just TWO ingredients ( a blend of 2 flours, Semolina and AP and eggs ) I used my newest helper

to make lots of fettuccine, tagliolini and some lasagna sheets....it was a given.
They boil up in under 3 minutes, sometimes in 90 seconds it is done....made 2 lasagna's up, one loaded with mushrooms
( for DS and DH ) and one with NO mushrooms. ( for DD )
I've never used a large single sheet of lasagna noodle before, that was easy to work with.
The rest of the pasta I froze after nesting them into bundles, once they were firm enough they went into Ziploc's.
I might beg for attachments for this machine on my next birthday....ha ha
Sounds good, fresh pasta is great and of course best lol. ;)
Last night was leftovers.
Tonight will be fried pork chunks, stuffed mushrooms, fresh broccoli, celery sticks, and Probably pasta to go with it.
Tomorrow will be a ham and mushroom sauce with noodles.
Making a copycat recipe for Texas Roadhouse pot roast. Hopefully it turns out delicious. Will serve with potatoes and carrots.
Sushis with kami sauce
Another fend for yourself I guess, no one is home so I'm assuming last minute stuff. Should of planned better and prepared some home made freezer items that could of been pulled out on days like this
