Today is chicken stuffed sandwichs with fines cheeses and macaroni salad.
Didn't have the chicken fingers last night so tonight will be Chicken Fingers with Oven Fries made into Homemade Poutine

Chicken fried rice and egg rolls
Very modified Ukrainian Christmas Eve supper, baked fish, perogies with onions.
Wontons deep fried,chicken balls, chicken fried rice,honey garlic spare ribs, honey garlic chicken wings ,wonton soup ,stir fry and dessert was delicious Birthday cake my friend done ,,then back to my home for lots finger foods ,shrimp,scallops,tuna cheese ball , crab dip ..too many list everything
Home made burgers, white M&C, California veggie mix, and a glass of milk.
I baked meatballs tonight and put most in the freezer. Tomorrow night we will have home made sweet and sour meatballs with pineapple in the sauce, rice, and boiled mixed veggies.
Tonight is roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes and green beans.
Chicken Pierre and Macaroni Salad. My daughter wanted it so I would make more so she would have leftovers for lunches part of next week.
STILL using up turkey. So...I'm making shredded turkey simmered in taco sauce. Then I'll pile lettuce (not romaine) into taco bowls, put in lots of turkey, cover with cheese that I'll melt and serve with salsa and sour cream.
Glazed Ham, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli and maybe Squash or Carrots have not decided yet.
DH wanted to have a Ukrainian themed dinner today in honour of his Mom, so I pressure cooked a slab of corned beef brisket
( I have never cooked one of those before ??) and then when it looked cooked I tossed in the wedges of cabbage all around, set to cook a bit more to soften the cabbage.
Boiled, then sauteed up a 2 kg bag of cheese perogies, grilled up an entire coil of Kielbasa and yesterday I made up 25 cabbage rolls mixing sun-dried basil/tomato sausage with ground veal to the rice mixture.
No one is up yet....lol ( shift workers unite! ha ha ) .....but when they do get up we'll have a Ukrainian feast!
