What's For Dinner?

Made salmon pasta casserole, yum - just with pink canned salmon, but hadn't had it in ages, and it was so good.
Kitties sure enjoyed the juice, skin, and bits!

Another fend for yourself dinner.

My oldest daughters baby shower is tomorrow and everyone has been going in and out since I got home for last minute things for the shower and I guess they never thought that I might be hungry when they stopped for dinner.

hmmm kd is actually sounding really good

Tonight I made corn chowder.
Tomorrow I'm making a large batch of meatballs for the freezer. We'll have some of them with supper.
Sunday I plan on using my Instant Pot for the first time, pork side ribs.

Roast beef , mashed potatoes, turnip , carrots and green peas .. dessert bakeapple cheese cake and Diet Pepsi

The meat part of dinner is made but the gang will have to make their own spuds and sides, I am DONE!
Did up a dozen chix thighs by par boiling them, then dipping in flour/eggwash/crumb and deep frying till crisp. Baked the other 12 with a crumb coating only.

Using leftover beef to make a beef stew.

Leftover KFC, and I made a big pasta salad full of veggies to go with.

Just waiting for my wife to call and say she is on her way home from my oldest daughters baby shower and we are going to try one of those VH sweet and sour sauce pouches with chicken

I had an energy drink and DH had a sandwich.

Chicken nuggets, fries and dressing and gravy and Diet Pepsi

Lasagna, Italian sausages and salad. Nestle cone for dessert.

We call it shrimp spaghetti

Really just our downscaled version of the classic shrimp scampi but without the wine, bread crumbs or parmesan

Pork chop suey - loaded with every veggie I can find! Served over rice.
