Dh won't be home from work very long before he'll head out to an evening meeting to volunteer. I'm thinking about making fried cheddar perogies, sour cream, cranberry sauce, boiled mixed veggies, and something with ground beef.

..bbq'd homemade burgers..they were thick & juicy..used teriyaki sauce & sliced pineapple
I just got home, so will just make a sandwich. Turkey, mayo, cheese, lettuce, bacon & tomato.

Going to have dinner with Mom and Bro tonight, we are going to Montana's, cannot remember the last time I went there think it was over a year ago when a bunch of us were out of town for work and went to dinner.
..Happy 1st day of summer :)....this evening bqq'd bone-in chicken breast, made a potato & onion + spices packet, macaroni salad and texas toast :)
Looks like I'm on my own again tonight so I have put a couple of frozen breaded chicken breasts in the oven and still have a couple of hamburger buns so will go thru the refrigerator for the toppings when the breasts are done
Homemade pizza and salad. Brownies for dessert.

...hoping to have another bbq this evening if not too rainy...pork chops w/mango salsa, will probably make another potato packet as I have lots of potatoes to use up..this time will change the spices and add crumbled bacon and shredded cheese and there's leftover macaroni salad :)
