My wife made pork tenderloin with kind of a mushroom sauce, so I made some basic rice and will slice up the pork and put the pork and sauce on top
Ground pork casserole with onions, celery, cauliflower, carrots, peas, green beans, corn, mushrooms, in a mushroom sauce; served over pasta, with Caesar salad.
pasta for hubby,i had leftover lasagna and garlic sticks
Tonite went out for dinner.. burger , fries and Diet Pepsi
BBQ cheeseburger and baked potato
First night home after a couple of busy days on the move.

I treated myself today to a small serving of King crab leg meat and lobster meat ( from claws ) with a scant brush of butter on them. Had lots of steamed and grilled side veggies to wash away the guilt!
..there's lots of bqq left over from yesterday to reheat so will just need to add sides...decide later :)
Salade Nicoise, potato, tuna, green bean, onion, and parsley salad garnished with tomato and boiled egg wedges, anchovies, black olives and capers. I used a garlic/lemon dressing for it.
Oven baked pork chops, couscous and eggplant parmesan.

Just waiting for my daughter to get home from school (weird to say when she is the teacher) then we will be headed north to host my brothers 65th birthday (wow reminds me that I'm almost there to)
My wife and mother are already up there so we will probably stop and grab Subway for the drive up
Tomorrow for the dinner we decided to do a easy dinner because there will be over 20 people
Back bacon on a bun, lots of assorted cold cuts for sandwiches, a few home made salads, desert will be a bday cake which my wife has already picked up from Independent in Bracebridge and I'm sure there will be a bit a alcohol consumed
