Teriyaki Chicken Thighs with homemade marinade and Rice. I am sure we will have some sort of veggie as well will have to see what we have we need to go veggie shopping.

I made Roast Poblano Pepper and Blackened Corn Salsa,
added a scotch bonnet pepper, lots of heat!

SALUD!

Stir fry beef with lots of bean sprouts, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, snow peas and carrot slivers with Basmati rice. Carrot cake for dessert.

leftover Chinese food

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and canned corn

chef salad then popcorn for dessert

Baked pork chops with mushrooms and onions, mashed potatoes and veggies.. nice Diet Pepsi go with meal lol

Beef stew, dumplings and a salad. Cherry cheesecake for dessert.

..there's leftover pork chops so will reinvent into something else..maybe with fried rice and eggrolls...

Maple leaf frozen chicken wings and we are making a batch of red potato salad. I'm thinking about going out to pick up some donuts for dessert

Chicken wings, tacos and a beer for me and a glass of wine for my lovely lady.
