Came home to ground beef, kidney beans, cabbage and canned tomato casserole in the crock pot.
Surprised as it actually came out pretty well

I made two medium sized pots of home made soup this afternoon, everyone can pick the type they want and consider it supper.
Today I made my own chicken strips. I used a couple fresh chicken breasts and sliced them into strips. I breaded them with the usual method of flour,egg, and bread crumbs. Served with mashed potatoes.

Leftover BBQ chicken - I had mine (breast) with gravy on bread, with the few leftover onion rings and some coleslaw; husband had leftover dark meat pieces with potato wedges and coleslaw.
Veal on a bun with mushrooms and green peppers and a small salad.

We have to go to Costco, so on the way out we will stop at their take out counter. I really like their hot dogs.
Wife is out tonight so going to order a pizza.
