Tonight's supper is Premo perogies with fried bacon, onion, sour cream, boiled cauliflower, and a glass of milk. If I still have energy after supper I plan on baking muffins (bananas really need used up), and possibly make another batch of hamburger soup like last week. It was a big hit. Tomorrow will be a long day at work and then there are Christmas activities at a local school from 6:30-8:00. I want to have a variety of leftovers for supper so that we can eat, relax a little, and then head out for the evening with LO.

Making pork stew in the crockpot for tonight - pork loin, onions, potatoes, celery, carrots, barley, broccoli stems, mushrooms; lotsa garlic, Italian seasonings, tomato-based broth.

We had a small ham and baked potatoes tonight.

a cranberry orange muffin and grapes. Wasn`t hungry after the Chinese buffet for lunch.

I had eggs in holes; husband had fried leftover smashed potatoes and who knows how many eggs, with bread.
