Solast night I made "mexican" turkey burgers (just the patties) with grated onion, fresh garlic, cumin and a dash or so of smoked chipotle tabassco sauce. Topped with cheddar cheese and guacamole with a side of roasted garlic and parm couscous with extra fresh parm .

Tonight will most likely be baked turkey ravioli. Can ya tell we love turkey???

I am pretty sure if you cooked ham in coke it would caramlize it there is lots of sugar in it...it be a very sticky glaze. Might taste good too.

I am having for my afternoon snack or lunch whatever you want to call it Chili...

Leftover organic chicken with homemade broth with PC mixed Asian vegetables and Basmati rice plus a bit of this and that. I make it up as I go along. Easy, peasy. And yummy.

    The before pic.

I picked this up at the IGA across the street on Saturday morning. At $3.95/kg. (I think that's $1.79/lb.) these pork back rib tails are a real bargain. When the day old pack is 50% off, it's a steal! It's one of those meals that is so good for so little. I season and then slow roast these things at 325 F. for about 90 minutes and they turn out delectable. This pack gave us enough for two meals for two and even a few leftovers after that. That's less than 50 cents a serving.

    The after pic.

When we warm these pork back rib tails up as leftovers, they're almost better than when they're freshly done. Very tender, tasty and satisfying. Oh, and did I say CHEAP!!!
