I had A&W for lunch, so just had a bowl of cereal for supper. But tomorrow night I am making stuffed mushrooms and the night after I am making quiche for the first time.

I made pineapple chicken & my new creation Tomato Chicken Fried Rice.
Pineapple Chicken - VH sauce & follow the recipie on the back - it is absolutely delicious.
Tomato Chicken Fried rice - That was sort of a mistake....
My regular fried rice consists of: red peppers, green peppers, mushrooms and cooked egg.
I had to use the egg for the chicken batter and I was out of mushrooms so.....
I added cooked chicken pieces, diced onion and cut a fresh tomato into chunks.....it had such a nice taste with the tomato. I will definately be making it this way again.Want to be like Redmouse? * Join me here at SC * Tell them Redmouse sent you!!

Tonight's supper......not a clue!
I told DH I just don't know what to cook anymore.....I told him he's more than welcome to leave a note on the fridge everymorning with what he would like for supper. That would make things soo much easier.Want to be like Redmouse? * Join me here at SC * Tell them Redmouse sent you!!

Last night we had hummus and homemade cranberry sauce sandiwches (don't laugh it is an awesome combo!) on fresh locally made multigrain bread with local tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic sprouts and a pickle. It was awesome.

Oh NO!! I just bought some elk steaks this past week to try on the bbq...now I'm scared, lol!
Oh well, maybe I'll make shishkebabs and marinate the heck out of them first..
as for dinner, I am making bratwurst sausages simmered in beer with stirfried shredded cabbage, apples, onions, and celery in applejuice and beer.
Never tried it, looked good when Rachael Ray cooked it on her show...
