Last night I used up some leftover pasta from the fridge and a bag of pasta sauce from the freezer which I baked in the oven with a garlic bun.
Tonight, not sure yet it is Mom's day off so we will see

Tonight probably a breakfest for dinner since I have bacon that need to be use or maybe chinese rice with shrimps and kami sauce! :)
Leftovers tonight. A Pork steak, a chicken kabob, macaroni salad veggies and a baked tater.

Roast chicken and onion rings
Baked chicken thighs with thyme and garlic, fried potato patties with onions - husband made way too many mashed potatoes last night, carrots.
Busy day here with tennis, pickleball and gardening so tonight I’m making crab omelets and a tossed green salad. I’ve got a bottle of Chardonnay chilling right now.
Leftover stroganoff from yesterday and pounded out flat chicken breast and coated with a parmesan cheese/bread crumb mix and pan fried until crispy
We’re grilling bone in thick cut pork chops. Making a potato salad and grilled baby bok choy
Last night we ordered Burger from the local Burger shop, so good but you have to go on a slow night as they will not take phone orders and they are not quick with orders. Last time I went it was a Thursday night and take out orders were taking at least 45 minutes. Last night was about 20 minutes and we were the only people there.
Tonight thinking there is some leftover stir fry in the fridge will make up some rice and have that.
..making honey garlic ribs, rice & egg rolls..ordered a BBQ this morning, will be delivered next Thursday...(happy dance) ...online shopping comes in handy when living in a remote area..:)

Canned ham, canned potatoes and canned corn. No one else in the house will eat it but I really like it
