I made it shopping after work last night did not have much ambition for dinner so I made myself a Salad to use up the older lettuce (bought new) and some cucumber that was starting to go soft with some leftover Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette. I also fried up some leftover new Potatoes to go with it.
Tonight I am thinking a Sausage with Mashed Potatoes and Stir Fry Mushrooms and Peppers on the side.
We had some left over beef roast so I made a beef barley stew. I think I might shoot out and get some fresh bread as well

Taco Thursday. Man, I love those cheese blasted taco shells by Old El Paso.
Knorr Sidekicks Creamy Bacon Carbonara (without milk so added 3/4 cup water to help thicken the lot), a can of Perrier and a cold banana.
Thinking tonight I will do Pasta in the Instant Pot, we still have some 3 Cheese Stuffed Pasta in the Freezer, so will add some veggies and tomato sauce and top with cheese.

We had a late lunch, so if we do make anything, it will be taco bowls
Going to make Butter Chicken with Mushrooms & maybe Peppers (adding peppers always seems to get mixed emotions) over Rice and thinking a side Salad with Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomatoes and Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing
I had schnitzel and fries - they ran out of spaetzle, and husband ordered sauerkraut as usual for me, but because they had no spaetzle to fry up, they didn't do the sauerkraut either.
Husband had dry garlic ribs and fries. Son had sweet and sour ribs and fries.
Mom called to ask if I had started dinner, I had not so she said she had a craving for KFC her treat, so no cooking tonight yippee.
We have seriously cut back on our take out which makes it a nice treat vs in the past it was more an what haven't we had recently discussion.
I had a few spoons full each of coleslaw and potato salad, then leftover schnitzel and corn off the cob.
Oven chicken with the Swiss Chalet sauce and some potatoe salad we still had in the refrigerator
