What's For Dinner?

Winner winner chicken dinner.

Last night I ended up making Tortellini in Classico Roasted Portobello Sauce with Cesar Salad and Garlic Bread. I did not feel like cooking when I got home so this was the only easy solution I could come up with.

Tonight is another mystery, I really need to go grocery shopping but we will see once I get off work

Tonight is taco salad for all!

Chili and garlic bread

Tonight will be Steak Sandwiches (Slices of Beef marinated and cooked with Mushroom & Onions on a Toasted Baguette with melted Cheese). Then I will make some oven fries and a salad to go with it

..yesterday spent the day snowmobiling, it was fantastic!! before leaving I put chicken legs in the slow cooker (with S&P, garlic powder & bbq sauce) (single layer) unfortunately I was gone for 9 hours so ended up cooking burgers & wedge fries at the cabin...when I finally got home the chicken legs were surprisingly yummy!!! so I have those leftover for this evening & chicken fried rice (made a large batch last week for the freezer)

Beef Stew

Since I ended up on my own for dinner last night there was Marinated Steak Strips with Mushrooms and Onions left so tonight I am having that mixture but will eat it as instead of in Sandwich form. As well we had leftover wedges in the fridge I will eat up plus I will make a Salad using some spring mix, cucumber and tomato with a balsamic dressing.

I ended up in the hospital Monday night (right lung colasped) and just got out this after noon so we are going to order chinese

pork stir fry

Guess I better stop cooking up things for the gang The fridge is bursting with leftover chili, lasagna, meat pie and now a bowl of ribs....I was on a roll!

Tonight we are serving ham, scalloped potatoes, veggies and fresh homemade bread, wine and apple rhubarb crumble. We have friends coming for dinner.

Tonight I am going to make Chicken in Mushroom Gravy over Mashed Potatoes with a side Salad of Spring Mix with Cucumbers, Tomatoes & Balsamic Vinaigrette.

I might also have some Roasted Cauliflower with it as I cut up a Cauliflower to Roast but haven't decide if I will Roast today or tomorrow.

hope there's cake for dessert tonight for padyo!
