Hubby is on his own. Campbell Chicken soup for me. The doc confirmed I have bronchitis again :(
I'll be making chicken curry and I'll throw in sliced onions, chopped carrots, cauliflower, diced potatoes, lots of ginger, and a few tomatoes and serve with basmati rice.
..going back to the cabin this afternoon to do a little fishing, its going to be a beautiful day (and tomorrow) the cod food fishery will be starting soon and I have a lot of cod from last summer to use up so think today we'll cook (outside on a propane stove) beer battered cod and make some fries and onion rings soaked in buttermilk and dusted with a blend of special spices :)..maybe we'll have trout for breakfast :)

Chicken ala king, mashed potatoes and beets from yesterday's leftovers.
Friday was bacon wrapped pork loin on BBQ with zucchini, peppers tomatoes and fried mashed potatoes with sour cream, cheese and chive.
Saturday was sweet and sour meatballs with basmatti rice and bread with butter
Sunday was steak on BBQ with all the fixings
Tonight is homemade pizza with steak or chicken, goat cheese, mushrooms, peppers and onion from garden.

Wed - Tex Mex Bake (Walmart recipe I want to try)
Thu - Slow cooked Mac and Cheese
Fri - DH working leftovers

Sun - BBQ
Going to add as many veggies and things as I can to keep things lighter and fresh.
Last night was Meatloaf Mashed Potatoes and Gravy.
Tonight either leftovers or whatever I find as I am having dinner alone.
Hamburgers and salad.
Kale salad and chicken spinach bowtie pasta.
