Its bfs first day on day shift in 6 months so I actually get to eat dinner with him and its one of his fav things!
today it's going to be salmon!! bake the filets in a foil pouch with garlic, onion, tomatos and white wine. mmm then perhaps some brown rice and a spinach salad on the side.
