Shrimp scampi
I'll pan fry the frozen Sol veggie burgers (my last real dinner option for today) and have some of the basmati rice from yesterday with them.
My company changed their plans, and now its just me. So the shrimp that was to be an appetizer is now dinner for me.
I will be eating Asian Noodle Salad all week!
Had a meeting run late and then had to grocery shop so just threw together a taco salad when I got home since I had Homemade Taco Meat in the fridge
oops! The best laid plans eh @Mechman47 Oh well at least your noodle salad will get eaten eventually.
So this afternoon I sauteed up diced green onions from the garden, adding 10 cloves of fine diced garlic, then tossed in the bite sized skls/bnls chx breasts along with frozen peas, broccoli florets and plenty of black pepper. Cheated using 2 jars each of Classico Alfredo and Four Cheese white sauce.
This tub of chicken 'n pasta is for all 3 of them here and it is a fan favourite so it " should " disappear quickly enough.
...yesterday I cooked a big dinner, baked ham, scalloped potatoes, macaroni salad, dinner rolls, blueberry cheesecake, etc, etc so lots of leftovers for today
Its just me tonight so im going for bbq hotdogs.
Big fat juicy medium rare burgers here. Potatoe salad on the side.

Lost track of time tonight, no plan for dinner so just made Grilled Cheese, quick easy and simple
We decided to go up north today so the plan for dinner is to stop on the way up and pick up what ever vegetables look good and gill them up. Ive never done vegetable only bbq and im actually looking forward to it

Tonight- Leaving for 3 day hotel getaway with my friend so dinner out the next while :)

Actually did not have the veggie burgers last night but had one today and the other one is for Mom, plus basmati rice with mixed California veggies. Did eat some of the banana loaf too.
Instead, I had another bacon sandwich, wavy Lays, a Nestle drumstick, and Perrier with orange juice for supper. Did not wish to cook last night (superhero was tired).
Tonight: either a package of Kraft Dinner with pepper flakes and rosemary (love adding those flavours) or pasta surprise using pasta and whatever I find in the pantry and more banana loaf.
