Homemade Burgers with Instant Pot Warm Baked Potato Salad.
I know I should make a Salad but it has been a no long day and just do not feel like it

hubby is working night again, so ramen for me, turkey sandwich for DD#1 and baby food for DD#2
hot dogs and potato salad for supper
Take out just not sure what yet
Steak with leftover Warm Baked Potato Salad (will re heat) and Sauteed Mushrooms & Onions on the side

steak/onions/mushrooms over soft white bread with gravy topping! Added fresh green beans on the side to erase the guilt.
since we can't go out for dim sum, i decided to make a dish that we like to get whenever we go for dim sum. panfried rice rolls with an oyster and peanut butter dipping sauce.
We had Chinese last night and have alot left over so we will bring it up north with us and reheat tonight
We are off to a small wedding so whatever they serve!
Finally got my Toasted Oven Upstairs so tonight I am baking off Chicken Parm, will make Pasta in the Instant Pot and a side Salad
DS treated us to some Take out. DH had to go pick it up though.
The large Dragon Roll thingy's he ordered for me were some of the best I've ever tasted.
