    Honestly at this point tonight will be take out, Mom used every dish we own to make Bro's dinner last night, I am working out of town and exhausted , so more than likely I will just grab something on the way home and not have to worry about dinner.

    dinner by myself tonite so i made stir fry (used leftover steak, grape tomato which i got a big container for $2 clearance at WM, onion and garlic) over white rice, soy sauce and tabasco

    does anyone know where i can buy nice soft tortillas? the ones like they use at mucho burritos and other restaurants. We buy PC brand, Tostitos and Dempster brands and many others but they all seem thicker. TIA

    Tonight was fridge-tip soup. But oh my what a soup!

    Left over pork strips, sliced mushrooms, shredded cababge, sliced red onions, chipotle peppers and sauce, cubed potatoes, chicken broth, water

    Had the heat of a Thai soup and great depth of flavour! Umami!

    And more room in the fridge now!

    I took some leftover Taco Meat, added some Yellow Pepper and Mushrooms and turned them in baked Quesadilla and topped them with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Sour Cream and Salsa.
