after days and days of cooking, I got a break and husband got takeout for us. For me, schnitzel, spaetzle, saeurkraut, and smokie (lol, I guess it's the 4-S meal!); husband had his fave dry ribs (which were perfect today), with bread. (btw, I don't understand his combo, but...)

Had a "Dinner on Us" from East Side Mario's due to an issue with a meal a year ago so used this, dinner was free and good. Chicken Parm Sandwich for Me and Mom had regular Chicken Parm

menu was very simple tonight .. was to hungry cook anything that took to long .. easy way out tonight . ground beef fried and then I made tacos !!

Packaged chicken noodle soup, lemon dill tuna with lettuce on rye for me, salami and cheese sandwiches for husband.
Tried Compliments soup - not horrible, just not as tasty as Lipton's.

Wow, we ate 3/4 of a large bison roast. The twins kept eating it until they both fell asleep in their high chairs. I roasted the bison with carrots and onions. I foiled wrapped a sweet potato to go with it.
