My Jet Lag is finally starting to subside and we went shopping last night (did a large Costco shop) I am now torn on dinner as there are so many options. I could do a Stir Fry or Sausages with Potatoes or Pulled Pork. Will have to see how the day goes and work from there but I will have to figure out a protein soon to pull from the freezer if needed.

Oven baked sweet potato fries and chicken drumsticks. I'll cook some veggies to go with it and offer sliced cucumber too. There will be leftovers.

Mom made her version of mac & cheese. It was a really poor version lol (the kind you make when you want someone else to do the cooking.)

Early Easter greetings everyone! Hope you all have a nice weekend. Going to the cabin tomorrow, thought we were finished with the ski-doos but apparently if we go this way and up that way...and avoid 2 spots and go up a hill and avoid the brooks we can at least go as far as the cabins (wish me luck)..there's a bunch going and we're deep frying cod tomorrow evening..ham for Saturday and turkey for Sunday ...lots of chocolate, tunes, drinks & friends

Happy Easter Everyone
We are going north for the weekend to open up, I'm not sure about the weather enough to turn the water on yet so we are keeping it simple to keep the dishes to a absolute minimal.
Tonight will be breaded chicken breasts on a bun with mayo and lettuce
Saturday will be sausages on a bun with the normal choices of condiments
Coming home early sunday to enjoy bone in ham, potatoes, broccoli and rice pilaf with our kids
