Getting ready to go to the cabin for the weekend. I have beef on the stove now for a BIG pot of beef stew to take with me this afternoon and I'm going to make a pan of brownies and just wing it from there. There's a cold plate fundraiser today for the graduating class of 2020 that I totally forgot about, so luckily they will be delivering the cold plates that I ordered this morning. They consist of ham, turkey, beef and several delicious cold potato salads (vegetable, macaroni, coleslaw, mustard & beet) So I'll take those with me as well and a cooler packed with happiness!!

Last night I changed it up and made steak and veggies for fahitas and oven fries. Left overs in fridge.

My daughter is doing the afternoon shift of the striking teachers so we are going to make her homemade chicken noodle soup and will pick up some fresh bread. Hopefully that will warm her up after spending the afternoon picketing

There is a leftover Homemade Burger in the Fridge, think I will have this with some Salad and maybe some Roasted Potatoes if I feel up to making some.

Last night I was at my daughter's near Port Perry. Did grilled pork tenderloin, basmati rice, mushrooms and green beans.
Tonight I was back home did a Turkey breast with bacon and curry, roasted golden beat and steamed broccoli.
Hit Costco, BlueSky and the Corningware outlet store while I visited the rim of the Big Smoke. Oh and multiple Home Sense stores, LOL

Hi
Sorry missed seeing this post.
I don't have a recipe....I usually grate one onion, 1/4 cup relish. squirt of honey mustard, one little envelope of beef base, one egg and a small package of ground beef, 1/2 can tomato soup and maybe 1/2 cups bread crumbs. The other 1/2 can of tomato soup spread on top makes a nice sauce.

I had a dozen eggs to use up so made toasted egg salad sandwiches with a cheese slice plus tomato soup. I put sliced peppers on the side with dip.
I just love that peppers were so cheap last week at No Frills. Orange and Yellow are my favorite and a nice treat. Seems funny ....the family is not fussy on egg salad but I toast the bread and put on a cheese slice and its gobbled up. Lol. Who knew.....

Tonight will be Chicken in Mushroom Soup over Rice, nothing fancy but easy. Having both of us being limited right now is not easy.

Had to buy tarts too, they are the best...
