Was not feeling the best tonight so I just had Leftover Mashed Potatoes, they are my comfort food
Tonight is clean out the fridge of leftovers night. Making chicken fried rice (use up the cooked chicken and rice).
There is romaine and some bacon to cook up. So Ceaser salad.
Will figure out the rest :)

no frills have beef on sale plus we got 200 points per $1 spent on beef so i got a big one, will slice some for lemongrass vermicelli noodle bowls then marinate the rest for vietnamese beef stew and french bread tomorrow
My granddaughter's dance team had a fund raiser at Boston Pizza, so Pasta Tuesday...
Tonight Mom is home for dinner and I found a bag of Shrimp in the freezer so I think I might suggest this as something different. We will see how the suggestion is received.
My wife made ground beef soup and it came out great. Wish i would of purchased a fresh loaf of bread to go with it
Came home and went right to cleaning so now I want simple easy and quick so I am having a Hard Boiled Egg Sandwich and will probably have some fruit for dessert.
It is my grand daughters third birthday today and my daughter is hosting the party. I believe she is ordering in pizza and I am sure the obvious choice for dessert will be cake and ice cream. There will be a lot of people there so I am sure it will be a lot of fun
I had a late large lunch so wasn't overly hungry so I am having a BBQ Chicken Cesar Salad to use the last of BBQ chicken I had in the fridge.
I just put a pot of cream of cauliflower soup on.
Tonight we actually get to eat dinner together, so I am making a Beef Roast using one of the Roasts I got on sale last week and I will also makes Mashed Potatoes & Gravy. Still decided on what veggies to make but we have a Bean & Carrot mix in the freezer I might use.
My mother is here for the weekend so we are going to get Swiss Chalet takeout
