Tonight we had tacos with Yves Mexican Ground Round, shredded butter lettuce, sweet vidalia onions, Vegan Blue Sheese and chunky salsa.

I bought some Bush's Baked Beans vegetarian style after assuring me that they were vegan and have to say they were good but I found them to be too sweet for my taste. But for 0.33 a can they are perfect for when DH has to "cook" for himself. We had a Tofurky beer brat on the side (veggie sausage) and Europe's Best steamed yellow and green beans.
