What's For Dinner?

PC Meat lasagna with a ceasar salad,happy monday!!! :)

So hot, okay maybe not as hot as some other days but with no relief, no cool night dinner is simple. Caesar Salad and a Garlic Bun

i got 2 trays of fresh thick noodles from the local store. Added green onion, pork tenderloin and sauces, then stir fried them - home made shanghai noodles.

Last night we had chicken burgers with onion, tomato and lettuce and some sort of spread on the buns. Tonight im keeping it really really simple: BLT's. I have 7 large Beefsteak tomatoes that were given to me on the weekend. I actually ate one like an apple!

leftovers or bacon cheddar sausages with mashed patatoes..i am not decided yet:lolsign:

Dad will have his steak and i will have a ceasar wrap with cheddar bacon patatoes salad(iga store) so so good. Cheese -strawberries streudels for dessert.( metro so good too ,i slurged...a treat.)

Dad had leftover lasagna and i made me a sandwichs..just not like feeling to search what to eat today...

My brother left a plate with two grilled burgers on buns...so I ate them. Just finished a bowl of Mini-wheats (dry as a snack) and will get an orange for some more "dessert."

Mom had made a lentil/rice stew on the stove today-it was good for lunch! Just would have liked no leeks in it...

We went out for lunch so for dinner I had popcorn and fruit!

hubby is fixing cavendish fries (black pepper flavoured ones and we really like them), topping for fries included cheddar and mozza cheese, and bacon crumbles. Side dish will be ice berg lettuce with a sweet vinaigrette bacon fat dressing - a simple dressing we learned from hubby's grandma before she passed and of course we always use the pair of large hand-like salad tossing tool she gave us to toss the salad together.

@Purdee : yes i purchased those fries too,they have taste and are good :)pm gt for 1,97$ minus 1,00$ coupon I figure it out a this price i would give them a try!!!

beef pho from my mom; my parents are going away for the weekend but they were worried we would starve or something like that. Gotta love mums.
