Looking for recipes without leftovers as we already have enough leftovers to cover lunches for most of the week.
I just made a large pot of borscht-so that might be lunch and dinner.
Salmon salad
Choice of provencal quiche or salmon pot pie with a salad.
Roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans
Still some homemade leftovers in the fridge, but DS sprung for some take outs from Blue Sky buffet on the way back from the movies, so we enjoyed that last night. I'm planning on making up a steak/mushroom meaty pie tomorrow evening, once most of the Chinese food and the chicken adobo, chickpea/potato curry are gone.
Craving something cheesy so we are making homemade pizza, we will top with the usual toppings: Pepperoni, Bacon, Onion, Mushrooms, Cheddar & Parmesan
We choose the provencal quiche with various salads and cheeses!!! :)
Picked up 4 pkgs of Olymel Old Fashioned ham with the $2.00 coupons from Olymel website that were on sale for $3.98 at Maxi. So tonight im making homemade subs. I using Egg bRead Buns, and Honey Mustard, ham, lettuce, Kraft singles slices, tomato and red pepper strips. and some cucumber vinegrette on the side.

It is cold and rainy here today so change in plans for dinner, we want something warm and comforting so I am making Loaded Baked Potato Soup
