Tonight I am making potato salad and nachos with the works.
Made tacos for DS and swedish meatballs for us but I think I put too much nutmeg in them. Either that or the Halls I am sucking on have made them smell funkier. LOL

Birthday dinner for my son tonight - he always wants a home-cooked meal instead of going out or having take-out (aw, he loves my cooking!) - so I'm making his favourite casserole, kinda like a pork stew with mushroom gravy - with gnocchi. (No, I don't make homemade gnocchi, but they are the amazing ones from London Drugs' imported section.)
And birthday cake for dessert!
