I am going to do a slow roast beef with onions, potatoes, carrots, and garlic for dinner tonight.
I spent part of my weekend cooking so that I would have prepared food for the week. I made lazy man cabbage roles on Saturday. Sunday I made home made Chinese food and puffed wheat squares.
