Tonight will be roast beef, roasted potatoes and carrots, big salad.
BBq baby back ribs,baked potatoes,caesar salad,Mission Hill pinot noir.:-)
Ham, Scallop Potatoes, Cranberrys, Apple Sauce and Peaches and Cream Corn

If I find more energy tonight I will slice the roast pork in apples'n cinnamon sauce that I snagged for $4.00 and cook up a slew of mixed veg.

My kids are at Grandma's today and I am terrible for not cooking or eating properly when they aren't here.
yesterday had burgers on the bbq which we ate out on the deck since it was such a beautiful day
DH and I went to a steakhouse here in Vegas and he had a 14oz NY steak with a HUIGE baked potatoe and I had a tableside caesar salad , lobster bisque soup and we kinda split a creme brulee :P:P:P
Tonight is roasted chicken pieces and potatoes with lots of onions, salad to go with.
took some bone-in chicken breasts out of the freezer, will roast them in the oven and serve with pierogies, not sure what veg yet...blueberry vanilla cake for dessert
Spaghetti Pie is ready to go in the oven when DS gets home from school!
chicken salad bagel sandwiches... and fruit.
Might add soup... not sure, lol!
