aww thanks anyway. I guess they'll stay in the freeze until I come up with something.
tonite i'm making:
1. Chicken sandwich:
- meat from the BBQ chicken (store bought)
- mayo
- salt & pepper
- lettuce & tomato (optional)
2. Chicken soup:
- chicken broth with the BBQ chicken bones
- elbow macaroni
- carrots, celery, onion, potato (hmm i wonder if i have other veggies to use up)
- sprinkle with green onion & cilantro
- top with shredded BBQ chicken
It's a blizzard out here so hopefully I can make it to the store and back home.

We've been eating out a fair bit lately and even though we were both delayed at work yesterday,we had a good dinner waiting in our slow cooker. BBq'd pork roast, served with faux rice and a caesar salad. A bottle of Mission Hill cab/sav to wash it down...ahhh
