DH is getting us some pasta and a side salad :) What a sweetie. Actually I think it's cause he wants to drive the new car! LOL
Last night I made ribs for the first time. My bf really liked them, so I'm happy. I'm not a fan of pork, but I made it for him anyway. Tonight I think will be leftovers night. The bf can have the rest of the ribs, and I'll make some sort of concoction from the fridge for myself. I think there's some bok choy in there, so I'll most likely do something with that. :)

It was fried chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy :). Got a nasty cut on my finger while trimming the fat off the chicken :(

i cut up chicken breasts and made them into strips and shake n baked them. and then we had a salad and fries

We had Roast Beef, mashed potatoes and brocolli! Tasted great!
