Veal Sandwich
Leftover salmon, rice, potatoes, and some corn and raw veggies.
I made homemade chicken soup for my hubby. He has a bad cold!
Tonight we went to see some friends, so we had Subway, then home made treats for dessert :-)

And pop of some sort. Whenever I go to the movies, I always ask for half the cup to be filled with Sprite and the rest with Fruitopia. It is simply amazing. I got my bf hooked on it too. He doesn't call me a weirdo anymore when I order it. ;)
I got a crock pot for Christmas and made my very first meal in it yesterday! I threw in mushrooms, onions, garlic, beef, broth, red wine, and seasoning and cooked it all day. Came home and had a delicious dinner ready. I think it needed something else though..maybe a pack of onion soup mix or something. Oh well, I am still experimenting. :-)
