Last night I grilled steaks for my Mom and my youngest brother, with fried mushrooms and caesar salad.
Tonight I am making buttermilk pancakes with blueberry syrup and whipped cream, and bacon on the side.
Probably have popcorn and watch a movie with the kids later too!
BBQ chicken pizza with salad
Used up the leftover cheese tea biscuits I had made Friday ( guess I made too many for the amount of chili ) by making a yummy shrimp/seafood/egg noodle casserole and plopping the biscuits 4 across and 5 down, so each serving you got a cheesy surprise!
Just like eating a dumpling with stew. Mmmm

Tonight will be honey mustard glazed ham, salad...and some kind of spud.

Too stuffed from lunch to even think about dinner. I may just have to microwave some LC's for DH tonight :)
Have to make shepard's pie and hamburger soup.. so not sure which one I'll end up enjoying for tonight's supper, lol.

We had roasted chicken (thanks to Extra Foods, they make 'em yummy!); I made potato wedges, coleslaw, and Caesar salad.
DH took me to The Mission Palms hotel for dinner and I had the mesquite grilled flat iron with caramilized onions and shantral mushrooms in a red wine reduction with fingerling potatoes and a salad with balsamic dressing and DH had 14oz rib eye steak with the same salad (he had ranch dressing) and mushrooms and red wine reduction :P:P:P it was amazing
