What's For Dinner?

last night we had pork tenderloin, peppers and mushrooms on the bbq, with rice on the side. tonight i am working the 2nd of 3 training shifts at my new job (yay!) so the kids are making themselves pizza

Probably just sammys tonight since tomorrow my brother and SIL are coming for dinner and I am making bbq'd chicken, steaks, pork ribs (which are being slow braised today and rubbed over night :P), shrimp appy's, salad, grilled veggies and strawberries and vanilla ice cream for dessert (using my ice cream coupon :P)

Chicken Burgers and Salad

Well I was going to make butter chicken with rice but... we went out to lunch( had a free medium pizza coupon for panago's pizza) and then went to costco for ice cream and samples... so we are full.... so probably just have a snack later....

Tonight's dinner is all ready lol, we are having Ribs in the crockpot already, Fortino's had AMAZING deal I got two big racks for 9.00, and macaroni salad

Not sure what to do about supper. Son is going to a barbecue at a friend's house, so that leaves just the two of us old fogeys.... one consideration is BBQ steak, since son isn't a fan, but husband and me sure are! Otherwise, lazy takeout....

If dh gets our new BBQ put together....I would sure like a BBQ.
