Last night made quesadilla's with cheddar, mozza, tomatoes. Tonight I'm not sure.:)
Just placed an order to pick up from a local bakery though for christmas eve. Ordered their cupcake supreme platter with 48 cupcakes for $40..
some of the cupcakes include: strawberry lemonade, double chocolate ganache,
maple pecan cream, pina colada, key lime, vanilla bean and banana cream pie.
I'll bring these to my cousins place for our usual christmas eve get together..:)

I made 9 dozen of these today testing out my new oven. Also made pea soup and we have leftover chicken cutlets from last night.
