Steak, roasted potatoes and asparagus, corn on the cob. :-)
I love easy dinners like this. Throw everything in the oven, then broil the steak.
We are having leftovers ;).....but I am also going to prep the chicken and pot roast I got at Costco and put in the freezer plus making roasted cauilflower soup, cauliflower/cheese soup (I got alot of cauliflower ;)) and loaded baked potatoe soup. All soups are minus any cheese and or dairy and I will freeze them using my vac sealer and when we are going to eat it just heat and add dairy and or cheese and I'm done!
I am making hot turkey sandwiches and I made tomorrow's dinner: Turkey pot pie
