last night I had gardein veggie chicken with vegan cheese on nann and placed in panini press. Served it with grape tomatoes and black olives on the side. Used my homemade pesto as a dip it was pretty good actually.

Finally made what I've been craving - 'new' potatoes (not from my garden, bummer...) with dill cream sauce - OY, they were SO good. My plate was 1/2 potatoes! Also had Polish smokies and a big salad.

Oh, I know, but it was a once-this-summer event - the sauce is made with real cream, butter, dill - and is awesome! I only get the new potatoes once because they are pricey.
cab, with the eating changes you have made, don't you find you are eating a lot more of pre-packaged stuff? I always thought going veggie/vegan was going more natural... so I thought that meant more fresh stuff.

Hey I'm trying ok,lol. but I have a fridge full of good stuff. Tomatoes, asparagus, lettuce, carrots, peas, green beans, msuhrooms, peppers, mini potatoes, plus some breads etc. Also had all the ingredients to make my own pesto, salsa and mayo (yes the mayo has eggs but was so good)

Some day look veggie
Some day look vegan
Some day we eat alot of meat
Some day, all food style are there!
I'm not for a particular style but for the maximum of varietyLiberty of one finish where liberty of the other one start
