Had family over this weekend so I have ALOT of leftovers!!!
Porketta, baked ziti, veal and eggplant parmigan and going to make a salad :)
Tonight is a veggie stir fry over some brown rice
Just finished making pork wontons - hoping my husband comes home in time to fry them because I really dislike frying them! Will serve with noodles.
Just myself & the dog for dinner tonight.

- wine gums

I had hoped Hawaiian pizza tonight, but when I got home, my dad (yes I am still alive because I have my parents) had eaten pineapple that I was planning to use for my supper ...

Going to try out a new resturant in town tonight spoon and fork I think it's sushi :)
Going to BBQ burgers tonight - it's going to be cold (not going to get warmer, lol!), but we have some great fresh buns to use!
Tonight its teryaki marinated salmon on the BBQ with some baby potatoes and garlic kale on the side.
Tonight is what we like to call fend-4-yourself night where everyone finds their own food and leaves me alone LOL
