We had taco night (yesterday)!
Chicken breast (since I got such a good deal today) stuffed with swiss cheese and asparagus and wild rice. My dh say's we eat so much asparagus I'm going to turn into one. It's my favorite veggie of all times.
LOL Janetta we also had taco nite last nite.
Tonite i'm gonna make Peruvian chicken braised (a recipe from Chatelaine). I'm excited!!!

Last night was a BBQ in the snow.
Tonight roast venison with mashed garden potatos, gravy asparagus and some sort of home canned pickles.
Tourtieres (Schneider's, they're pretty good), mashed potatoes, gravy, salad.
today i made turkey chili and garlic multigrain toast.
Loaded baked tater soup topped with cheese, sour cream, green onions and bacon :P served with a chive tea biscuit:P
Tonight is pork chops, green beans & a baked potato. :)
Going to cook them in some apple juice mmm!
Finally used my vh sauce coupons so tonight I'm making honey garlic chicken, spicy broccoli and mashed potatoes :)
Last night I found a recipe called world's bes lasagna on allrecipes and OMG it was world's best lasagna!!!
tonight will be moroccan chicken stew!
