What's For Dinner?

baked chicken and green bean casserole

leftover chilli from scratch, cooked with diced bell pepper, sliced mushroom, diced celery, 2 kinds of beans and ground beef

on top of that some leftover qinoa.

it was so yummy!

Just me and my honey tonight, so we ordered Chinese food - just df shrimp and the place's special chow mein. It was awesome!

nuts lotsa nuts
chocolats

Parboiled rice, baked tilapia fillets, stir fry veggies- zucchini,carrots,green beans, broccoli.

I agree! I still have 10 or so boxes left that I stockpiled a year or so ago.. lol Might just end up donating, hoping someone else might enjoy it. Or maybe I'll try frying them, putting seasonings on them and making it into a salad topping or snack...? Anyone tried this? lol

Recovering from a nasty stomach bug yesterday...the boys are having IGA's Deli Fresh pizza...ham and pineapple...me...probably soup and toast, again...

last night we went out for a treat with the girls to pizza hut. we had a canadian pizza on stuffed crust. yuck. when you picked up the slice it was all flopsy and flimsy.
tonight tho was so good. maple leaf prime stuffed chicken (portabello and swiss i think), missouri rice casserole (MMMMMMM) and a caesar salad and a oven fresh baguette. vanilla pudding for dessert.

Son's choice for supper, so we had M&M's jumbo chicken wings, oven fries, with raw cauliflower and dip.

DH and I went to order pizza from this AMAZING new place we found :P Good thing caue I was exhausted at the end of the day ;)
